Cutting In Line
One of the reasons for the disconnect period is to allow the previous customer a chance to reclaim the number before it goes into the general pool in case they still wanted it. Cutting In Line basically just means tracking down the previous owner of the number and getting them to release it to you before it comes out of disconnect, where everyone is waiting (in line) to grab it.
I have prepared a very thorough package of materials including all of the information and forms to insure that this goes smoothly. This valuable information and the details of this process are highly confidential and among of the most valuable resources on my site. I give an awful lot of information away on my site for free but it’s necessary to charge for this information both because of it’s value and to limit it’s circulation and thereby prevent over use.

It’s not easy to get most phone companies to give you their customer information which is why I have and often use a private investigator to get the Customer Name and Address (CNA)
It’s not required to use my paperwork or to have me process it for you but other phone companies have little to no idea how to do this for you. You’ll see this by just asking the same questions to different people. You’ll be amazed at how different the answers are or in many cases, how sure they are it can’t be done. And even if you find someone that understands the system and thinks they know how to do it, they’re not the ones that will actually be processing it for you. So you’re still really at the mercy of several different people behind the scenes who have no accountability to you, nor any incentive to make sure it gets done correctly. There are a couple documents necessary because there are multiple steps which must be done in the right order and timing.
